Winners of the second Bible Encounter held on May 15 in Tsing Yi.
The Bible Encounter Goes Civic, organised by the Liturgical Bible Study Group of the Chaplaincy to the Filipino Migrants for the second time at St. Thomas Church, Tsing Yi, was a resounding success with almost 300 participants. The event, held on May 15, saw a significant increase in participation, with the number of teams doubling from the previous year to 22.
Filipino chaplain Father Jay Flandez announced the winners after the event. Team 4 – DOVE took home the third prize, Team 2 – ASMSI HK-CEBU secured second prize, and the first prize went to Team 15 – ST. ISIDORE.
The judges for the event were Father Petrus Santoso SCJ, Sister Shinoby Thomas PIME, and Nancy Mamoyac.
