Look up as trials test your tenacity
Be not dismayed but earnestly pray
He who loves you unconditionally
Is surely touched by your perplexity
You can weep in silence but hold on firmly
Never let go the hand of the Almighty
He’ll keep his promises with all certainty
His blessings are abundant and timely
The darkness will soon fade away
And dawn will break to light the day
After enduring a crucible patiently
You’ll shine forth in greater beauty
The process of spiritual maturity
Requires submission and humility
But God will guide you constantly
Until you surpass this difficulty
So rejoice and be glad exceedingly
For God is molding you skillfully
His design for you is great and lofty
Yield to Him and claim the victory
