Now we face a new challenge,
A new system, a new paradigm.
But Covid 19 can’t stop learners’ dreams.
Inevitably, we must embrace change.
Our government firmly admonishes,
Giving a big NO to face to face classes.
Use of face mask becomes a must.
Do social distancing at all cost.
This pandemic has stopped everything,
Business, work, mass gathering.
Yet one thing remains certain.
It can never evade schooling,
If you have wifi and gadgets,
You can opt for online learning.
Google Classroom, Zoom video on swing,
Active interaction, are you in?
No gadget, no signal, you live far away,
No problem, printed materials for teaching comes your way
Other options on array: mass media,
TV and radio school on air.
Health and safety are our priority,
Learning from a distance for our security.
We cannot compromise a year for a delay,
Cause learning is precious and a necessity.
Amidst upheavals, we must not give up,
There’s always hope that this crisis will stop.
Join hands and set our eyes up above,
Pray and trust God, the great teacher of love.
