On September 18, a prophet presentation was joined by 14 communities of Simbayanan-KAMMPI after a Mass marking its silver jubilee was celebrated by Cardinal Stephen Chow S.J. at Holy Family Parish, Choi Hung.

Featuring the stories of different prophets in the Bible, the event included speeches, performances, and discussions about the similar experiences between the prophets’ and those of migrant workers.

Good Shepherd Sister Gemma Dinglasan, from the Philippines, highlighted the shared themes of fear, loneliness, and desperation, assuring the overseas Filipino workers that God walks with them.

The programme involved the various communities portraying different prophets, showcasing impressive dedication to the production.

It also included a question-and-answer session, award ceremonies, and video messages from past spiritual advisors and leaders.

The event concluded with a message of thankfulness to all participants from spiritual advisor Sister Corazon Demetillo and a prayer led by Father Rodolfo Jacobe omi, fostering a sense of unity and support among the community.
