God is truly amazing and the God of all wonders. He knows that the plan He has for us is perfect. We may not understand every detail of it, but the best thing we can do is trust his plans and ways because he knows where he is leading us.
I can always compare life to the weather. Sometimes you cannot understand its temperament. Sometimes it is fine and bright and sometimes dark and stormy. But no matter how violent the weather of life may be, God is always in control.
My life may be full of struggles and failures and breakdowns, but I believe that my life is already planned and designed that way. I think this is God’s way of shaping and designing my life to be productive and effective in every way possible.
Every day we struggle to live hopefully, not to live to struggle. We work to earn a living to meet our daily needs for food and bills to pay and many other financial concerns.
I have been through many trials and errors and losses but I never give up because I know that God never gives up on me. God believes in my strength and continues to work on my weakness to somehow be polished and improved. God knows the areas where we are weak and poor because life at all is unique and not a perfect one,
Like for me I was poor academically in my grammar and spelling especially in numbers. But life does not end there because God will make a way because his plan is not to harm but to prosper.
When I was little, together with my younger sister, we used to work in my aunt’s shop on Saturdays and Sundays so that we could have our allowance to go to school. From there I was trained to take money and give change to customers. I was exposed to dealing with customers and numbers, even in small amounts. I never imagined that one day I would do the same and run our own small shop so that we could have our own source of income. God has blessed my heart’s desire. I am busy as a bee but I am happy and contented dealing with numbers everyday. Now I understand that God has trained me ahead of time because he alone holds the future.
What is the connection of my grammar and spelling to the story? Writing for the Sunday Examiner has helped me improve my grammar and spelling. My life experiences have also helped me develop my creativity, which has led to me writing. My experiences make what I write meaningful. Also, writing is also a kind of therapeutic because I was eventually healed from all hurts as I freely share my thoughts, feelings and emotions. I believe even if I write, without my pains, failures and struggles I can never connect or win hearts. I can convey God’s message of love, hope, healing, mercy and faithfulness the easiest and simpliest way through my own story. I am always grateful that even at my worst God has showed me that his grace is enough and sufficient. So, we can never underestimate the power of our own story.
