Perpetual profession for four Sisters of St. Paul

HONG KONG (SE): Four members of the Sisters of St Paul of Chartres made their perpetual profession at Christ the King Chapel in Causeway Bay, on August 28.

Sister Teresa Angela Tran, Sister Mary Thomas Truong, Sister Annie Nguyen and Sister Rose Mary Dang made their vows during a Eucharistic Celebration was concelebrated Auxiliary Bishop Joseph Ha Chi-shing, together with six priests from Hong Kong and Vietnam. Faithful from different institutes and the Vietnamese community came to share in the joy and witness the moment.

The four sisters came from the Provinces of Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, arriving in Hong Kong in March 2013 and making their First Professions in 2018. During their formation period, they studied Cantonese. 

Sister Tran and Sister Truong helped in the schools and Sister Nguyen and Sister Dang helped in the hospitals.

Everyone offered prayers for the four new sisters, that they might be faithful to their promise and be the witnesses of God’s love.
