The Hong Kong Government announced on 8 September 2022 the updated arrangements of “Vaccine Pass” Scheme.   With effect from September 30 till November 29, the following persons may enter or remain in religious premises (i.e., churches or Mass centres) —

(A). Persons aged 12 or above who —
i. have received the 3rd dose of vaccine; OR
ii. have received the 2nd dose of vaccine for not more than 5 months.

(B). Persons aged between 5 and 11 who —
i. have received the 2nd dose of vaccine; OR
ii. have received the 1st dose of vaccine for not more than 3 months. 

Persons aged under 5 or holders of the COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate are exempted from the above requirements.
