Pauline sister returns to the Lord

HONG KONG (SE): Sister Helen Ng of the Daughters of St. Paul passed away at St. Teresa’s Hospital in Hong Kong on May 10.

Born in Macau in 1957, she entered the Pauline congregation on 26 August 1981, made her first profession in 1986, and served in the social communication and the bookshop ministry in Macau until June 1988.

From September 1988 to June 1991, she studied theology and made her perpetual vows in Rome on 27 June 1993. She served in Taiwan and Hong Kong from July 1993 until her passing.

A letter written by Sister Anna Maria Parenza from the generalate of the Daughters of St. Paul in Italy to the community honoured the late sister for displaying kindness, sensitivity, and a strong character throughout her life despite battling stomach cancer.

May Sister Ng rest in peace.
