How do you pursue happiness?

How do you pursue happiness?

From my point of view, in order to pursue happiness, you have to know how to appreciate the people around you, be grateful for what you have and make sure you have peace of mind. Love more without expecting anything in return. Certainly, if we are happy to help in whatever capacity we can, the joy in our heart will overflow. Sometimes we feel happy for very short periods of time because we tend to control things.

Learn to let go. We should know our limits and boundaries for a particular goal if we want to be happy when we achieve it.

Learn to expect less, be an open-minded person and acknowledge the small things that are given to us. Pursue this happiness by sharing and accepting the mistakes within us, learning the lessons from the past and keeping the good memories as an inspiration.

We must look forward every day to a better life with God and with our family and friends. Remember that failure is not the end of the world. God has a better plan for us. Trust him. The pursuit of happiness also depends on our actions, emotions and well-being.

For me, I pursue happiness by doing what I do for the good and bright future of my children, and by making decisions that bring peace to my heart and are in line with God’s plans for me above all else. I put my children’s welfare before my own.

I believe that happiness is based on our mindset. For some people, happiness means being rich and powerful. While some people are happy with their simple livelihood. I can say I am happy because I have a supportive family, my son does not give me headaches. I am able to achieve my goal for my family, which is to give them a better life. Happiness is having a heart of gratitude for all the blessings I have received and will receive, and especially for good health for my loved ones and myself. I am able to fulfil my dreams in life. What was once a dream has become a reality.

I can pursue happiness through self-respect, devotion in whatever I do, prayers, accepting all my sacrifices from our Almighty God and his forgiveness. Happiness for me is to lead a life free from stress and to be in the pink of health. I can also add that my happiness is when I make people happy.
