Respect their sanctuary, even if it seems like the scariest, ugliest, darkest place on earth, there are living creatures behind the scenes.

Animals are an integral part of our world, contributing to the balance of ecosystems and enriching human life. However, many animals are threatened by human activities, including habitat destruction, pollution and exploitation. Helping animals is not only a moral obligation, it is essential for the health of our planet. There are several ways in which we can actively contribute to the welfare of animals, ranging from personal lifestyle choices to broader societal actions. We can help animals by giving them food, shelter, love and care, just as we do as humans.

Animals are part of God’s creation, whether on land, in the air or in the sea. We have a responsibility to care for them. We can adopt a pet, get involved in the community to protect animals, keep the environment clean and safe for them, avoid chemicals that are harmful to animals.

The Bible tells us in the book of Genesis that God created all the animals from the beasts of the earth to the smallest and creeping insects. He blessed them, made a covenant with them and called them good. He gave them the ability to reproduce and to adapt to their environment in order to survive. Animals have feelings and emotions just like human beings.
Therefore, God gave us the responsibility to protect and care for them by treating them well with respect and kindness. We should love them and provide them with their needs such as food, water and shelter or medical care when they are sick or injured and in doing so we honour God’s creation and certainly contribute to a more just and loving world.
In addition, in times of animal abuse or cruelty, we need to publicize the problems or report them to the authorities or officials. We should not support the businesses that exploit animals. We should not buy products tested on animals. We should plant indigenous species to increase or spread them.

People should avoid harmful chemical substances that can harm bees, butterflies, etc. to avoid poisoning them and aquatic life. We must always be aware of our surroundings.

I believe that animals are truly incredible creatures. As a Christian, I believe that animals are part of God’s creation and it is our responsibility to care for and love them, which means providing them with the basics they need such as food, water and shelter. By adopting pets, campaigning for animal rights and making kinder choices in our daily lives. Animals deserve our respect and compassion, and by fulfilling our responsibility to care for them, we honour God’s creation and help make the world a better place for animals.

We can help animals by treating them with respect and kindness. We should not use them for selfish purposes or take advantage of them. Show them love and care by providing their basic needs such as water, food and shelter. If they become ill, we seek the help of a vet. We can also help them by involving our community in animal welfare issues.
