Children of the earth

I pray for the children of the earth
To ease their hunger I’m willing to sacrifice
Give them whatever sustenance they need
coming from my heart

I’m touched with the sorrowful look in their eyes
They’re angels of innocence
They don’t have the notion of what’s going on in this world
Only sustenance for their hunger

They’re born out of love
Growing up by suffering
Hunger is their companion in life
While others in this world wasted food

Little angels of the Lord with empty stomachs.
Yet in their life there’s always a heart that is full of love
The Lord have his eyes on them
God’s love eases the pain of their hunger

Tears run down my eyes when I see them hungry
I can do nothing but pray that may God make them strong
Great men and women came from children of the earth
Wisemen, sportsmen, minstrels and leaders

God gave them their destiny
Children of the earth need help
Share love of humanity to them
They’re in need of the mercy of ours

not only the kind wealthy people who have shared their blessings
We have children of our own that we love
What we feel for them let your heart share it with the children of the earth
Love is the greatest blessing from God

Let it flow for humanity
