As we celebrate the Easter season, let us remember that this is the time of sacrificial giving for Christ who gave his life to set us free. My prayers and wishes for this season is for peace to reign in our hearts, love and joy within our family, friends and the whole world. As an oversesas worker seeking comfort and strength, the best thing I’m going to do on Easter Sunday is going to church and offer my day to the Lord attending my duties and responsibilities as Eucharistic Ministry in our home away from home, St . Joseph’s Church.

In the Catholic church Easter Sunday is celebrated with a Mass. Some churches will have Easter egg hunt but mainly a Mass to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. I will be celebrating this eventful day by attending the Mass and serving in my community.

The season of Lent is over and we rejoice in the triumphant resurrection of Jesus. I wish for world peace because if there is peace, there is love. I also wish and pray for good health, new life. Let us leave our old life behind that are unpleasing to the Lord and focus on the new day. May we continue to serve the Lord faithfully through our communities. As for me I will serve in my community at St. Joseph’s Church.

Easter Sunday is the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The resurrection of Jesus Christ manifests that whatever life brings we have many reasons to move forward and take stand for life. I wish this Easter celebration to be covered with love, faithfulness and forgiveness for my family. May this bring goodness in their hearts.
For my friends, I wish that peace will reign in their hearts and minds. That peace will set their hearts out in whatever their desires are.
For my churchmates, I wish that they will continue serving Jesus Christ as our Lord sacrificed his life that whoever believes in him will not be perished but have an everlasting life.
