On October 29, eighteen choir members of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Tai Po took part in the busking held during a small-scale Caritas Bazaar held in our parish.

The event was also attended by our parish priest, Father Jean Sylvere Mbuela Pfuti, CICM, assistant parish priests Father Joseph Gao Xu, CICM and Father Peter Leung and our pastoral sister, Sister Monica Zung Men Mawnica, FMM.

The busking was aimed to support the bazaar by attracting parishioners and attendees to attend and participate. The choir were given 30 minutes singing and dancing in English, Tagalog and a part of Chinese lyrics of the song “It’s a small world”. With the help of the keyboard and guitars , it was indeed a joyful and funfilled busking. There were also game booths and many accessories on sale.

Breakfast is all ready too as Massgoers can have a taste of English. Chinese and Filipino foods on served.

It was a meaningful experience for me in serving the parish and performing with my group on this events. I thank God for this opportunity and I was delighted that everyone enjoyed our performances.
