Sleeping eight hours a day you are blessed.
A goodnight sleep is everybody’s wish.
With sweet dreams with my grandchildren’s kisses.
Peace of mind make us live long.
Meditations at night with sweet melodious songs.
But to be happy we have to avoid making wrong
And to satisfied people we belong.
Peace of mind can cure our ills.
Living with a heart full healed.
Having peace of mind we can plan our life well,
