Each of us has our own gifts or blessings through our almighty God. He gives blessings to each person at the right time. Before a blessing, one must be humble enough and give gratitude to Our Almighty God.
I am honestly happy if something good happens to my friends. I will show my interest and support. I will appreciate their efforts to boost their confidence. And I will be willing to give a helping hand if ever needed.

As a community leader I pray that my members open their spiritual eyes to see that God is always there. I reminded them that the blessings given to them are not only for themselves but also to those people in need and less fortunate ones. Being positive and thankful for the success of others show that we are also grateful for our own blessings. Through our encouragement, we are helping people to pursue more in their dreams.

When we rejoice at the blessings of others, we too will feel inner happiness within us. As one family in the mystical body of Christ, the joy of others is also ours. Likewise, the pain of one is also the pain of all. Just like in our own family, if a member receives recognition and honour, aren’t we proud and rejoice too? Surely we also want others to rejoice with us.

When a friend shares her blessing of having a good employer or when one shares her salary is above minimum, I feel happy for them. I am happy when someone shares their blessings with me because I think they deserve it. I just hope that they will be generous enough and share whatever blessings they get to those who are less fortunate. Everyone has good fortunes in different parts of life. I think contentment, believing that there is a God that exists and being able to wake up healthy the following day is already a big blessing to be thankful for. After all health is wealth.

I am happy for the success of others, and if someone tells me that his efforts bear fruit, my answer is, “Thanks be to God.”
I think people’s success is a result of their sacrifices and deeds so they earned what they deserve. I will give them encouraging words and remind them to strive harder and not be complacent.
However, for me, blessings mean good health, being able to continue my work, a happy family, good employer, spending time with friends together in the church singing religious and worship songs, so we grow in our faith in God. I do believe that someday by God’s grace, and in God’s plan, at the right time, he will answer all our dreams and plans according to his will.

We should be happy and grateful for the blessings of others. We may never know if in the past, that person experienced a series of bad luck that he once cursed life. But that a successful experience may make him realise that life is about challenges and not giving up.
Good luck comes and goes, and it may also depend on the choices we make. Remember we write our own story in life. Trials that are thrown at us can bring out the strength in ourselves as well as faith in God to build up a better life.
