It is hard to solve a problem with grudges or anger. People with difficulties calming down themselves often tend to overreact and make a simple problem complicated.
Our anger can be caused by the attitude problem of someone. But it is nearly impossible to change a person. So anger is no use. We can only pray for this friend of ours.
If our anger is caused by a solvable problem, our attention should focus on how to settle down the matter. We can look for the main cause of a problem, tell ourselves we will feel better if you do something first, and plan our next step.
If we can focus on the simple question of “what to do now”, our mind will not be in chaos and dragged by our emotions away from the problem itself.
We all have emotions, but it is not good to solve our problem with negative feelings and lengthen the time of looking for a solution.
