There are many reasons leading to jealousy or envy, such as talents, beauty, wealth, work performance, health, qualifications, family love and so on and so forth.
Envy can only cause us pain. It will bring us to no advantage as it is a feeling of hatred and fear mixed with a sense of failure, which makes it hard for us to accept others or even ourselves.
However, this negative feeling can be easy to deal with. Why do we need to think we are inferior to others? We must have our own strength or blessings from God that we have overlooked while we compare ourselves with others. We have our own lives and our own goals to strive for. It is in fact impossible to judge a person’s worth from any standards.
What we have to remember is that we are all equal from God’s eyes. Smart or not, we are all loved by God, in the same way as a mother loves and accepts every children of hers.
