Prayer of thanksgiving

Dear Lord, Jesus Christ,

I thank you for your countless blessings and graces
on each day of my earthly journey.

Let every beat of my heart be a new song of
thanksgiving to you.

Let every movement of my hands
give praise to you. 

I thank you for every step I make to bring 
the message of love, hope, and joy to your people.

Thank you, O God, for teaching me on how to 
be grateful in good times and in bad times,
in big or in small blessings.

Thank you for taking care of my family, 
for giving me a myriad of good and faithful friends, 
loyal brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ. 

I praise and I thank you, dear Lord, 
for the grace of an extraordinary strength 
especially in the midst of my busy life 
for the sake your kingdom. 

For the gift of peace and harmony
that helps me focus in doing your heavenly will in my life 
despite the challenges and trials 
I am facing every day.

I am so grateful to you for the gifts of wisdom, 
knowledge, and understanding 
as well as for discernment, 
on what to do which is pleasing in your sight. 
Thank you for every opportunity to breathe freely 
in the sweet fragrance of your love. 
I love you, God, for yourself alone. Amen.
