As Pope Leo XIV is scheduled to be admitted to Gemelli Hospital, Rome, on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, to undergo surgery for the removal of a small, localized lung nodule, the Diocese of Hong Kong invites all Catholics in Hong Kong to pray for the success of the operation and for the Pope’s swift and complete recovery.
May the Lord grant Pope Leo XIV strength, peace, and healing, and his medical team which is going to see through his surgery and recovery.
