Journey of creation and redemption

Journey of creation and redemption

From earth, mankind was made,
Crafted by divine hands that played.
From his essence, a partner was born,
In Eden’s embrace, they welcomed dawn.

The woman, tempted, sought insight,
In losing grace, they lost the light.
Thus began the tale of despair,
From that moment, hardship filled the air.

Closer comes death, with its heavy toll,
Through sweat and toil, man searches for his goal.
Lost souls wander, weary and distressed,
Confronted by illness, they are truly pressed.

From the earth to earth, all souls must drift,
Can we restore what we sent adrift?
Is there a lesson for us to find?
In seeking his wisdom, peace will unwind.

Through divine grace, humanity blooms,
Call upon him; his love consumes.
As life passes, every spirit will roam,
To God’s embrace, where we are home.
