I’ve tried to look at life with ease
God’s words give me peace
I have battled unbearable stress
All my ills in my feeling I was able to release
I greet the morning with calmness
After praying I feel happiness
I had to do my labors everyday as I abhor laziness
After the end of a hardworking day I feel blessed
With the Scripture’s words reverberating in my head
In the morning devotions we read
I feel lightness in my tread
My trust and love to God I plead
What I feel is holiness
It fills my emptiness
All bad intentions I put to rest
Doing so I feel I’ve pass God’s test
