About conflicts at work

As overseas workers, we are in an environment that is or could be so different to what we are used to. We must learn how to adapt to the culture and people we are working with. 

If there is conflict at work, we need to raise it directly with our employer in a proper way. Express directly the difficulty we are facing or issues that we have, rather than gossip about it with others. 

Gossiping will not address the issue, it will only create a negative work environment for everyone.
