Message of condolence from Archbishop Vincent Nichols of Westminster, following fire at Wang Fuk Court, Tai Po

HONG KONG (SE): Vincent Cardinal Nichols, the archbishop fof Westminster and president of the Catholic Bishops Conference of England and Wales, sent a message of condolence to Cardinal Stephen Chow, S.J.
