Humility is the key

Humility is the key

There are times when conflicts between my employer are unavoidable.

For instance they may complain about the taste of food I cook, like saying it is salty, greasy etc. Although for me I think the food is fine, to avoid further arguments, I apologise and tell them next time I will improve it. Then I will ask them how they would like the food to be done or what food they want.

Humility is always the key with a good relationship with our employer, though sometimes it is not our fault. But as long as we are fine living with them, very little differences can always be adjusted and it will always start with the helper. Always open our heart with the employer, talk to them, tell them in a humble way if we have any complain with how they treat us.

If in some cases that we are not really getting along though we did our part to make our relationship good, it is about time to talk to them if they still want us to work with them so no hurt feeling in the end.

Sometimes we also have to extend our understanding to our employer’s feelings. Maybe she is tired and exhausted too.
