HONG KONG (SE): The Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers announced that Father John J. Casey, former editor of the Sunday Examiner from 1993 to the end of 2002, and assistant parish priest of Rosary Church, TsimshaTsui, died on 6 December 2019 at the Maryknoll Society Centre in Maryknoll, New York. He was 90-years-old. May he rest in peace.
He had also been rector of Our Lady Queen of Angels’ parish, Shun Lee, as well as assistant parish priest of St. Margaret’s Church in Happy Valley.
